A self-love journey is a personal journey and different for everyone, but that doesn't mean we have to go it alone.

Within this community, we discuss all areas of self-love : self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-care, self-pleasure and self-confidence.

We challenge each other, discuss the topics and host events...all in an attempt to help you succeed on your journey.

This group of women is constantly reminding me that I am not alone and beauty is not skin deep. It’s not the size of my jeans or the length of my hair that makes me unique. I am the only me and I am beautiful just as I am.

We challenge each other to try new things, reflect on habits that we want to change and accept the things that we cannot. It’s a place to share your story, your struggles and to know that you are not alone in this life. It’s a place where women support women and be themselves.

Without a doubt Emma and the Be You Uplifted group have changed my life.
