How time flies when you're having fun! 

I've had the pleasure of working with some of you already

and some of you have become my fabulous friends

but some of you are only just joining my journey

So I thought it would be a good idea to say HELLO

and tell you a little about me 

But also... I'd love to hear more about you!! 

Please share with me a FUN FACT about you! 

Here's some of mine... 

Although we are celebrating five years at Pretty as a Picture Photography - I've been taking pictures since I was 7 years old. 

That's a LOT of pictures (and a lot of years)

I love being in the middle of nowhere

and I love that I grew up on a farm

and now I live in the country again

but I do love the city - occasionally - for fashion - food - and cocktails 

New York and Paris are my favourite cities

I love cozy mornings with a book and a cup of tea

Especially now I have my new comfy chair-and-a-half

It is my new favourite place

And it makes THE perfect office on blog writing days.

I love to work in my PJs

I need new PJs!!

SANTA ?!!

I love being outside in the fresh air - with hot chocolate and rosey cheeks.

and my wellies!

I love sunshine

and I love the snow

And I LOVE Christmas

I would rather have a cup of tea than a glass of wine

but that's probably because I didn't drink for 14 years

So I'm a bit of a light-weight

Having said that - I do like bubblies

and PIMMS

and GIN! 

I love cake

and candy

and some chocolate

I love vintage

I love shoes

But I love working in bare feet (and slippers!)

I love Audrey Hepburn

I love my hubby! 

We are about to celebrate 10 years together - 6.5 years of marriage - and over 13 years in each other's lives

We've lived in Canada for almost 6 years 

and we LOVE it here! 

We moved from West Yorkshire, England - a little town called Halifax

I love to travel - and explore new places 

I've been to... 

France (x2) - Spain (x3) - Greece (x2) - Cyprus - Norway - Portugal - Czech Republic - Holland - Egypt - Tunisia - The Bahamas - New York (almost x2) - L.A - Dominican Republic - Scotland - Ireland - Bulgaria - Turkey 

And top of my list for future trips... 

Road trip down the west coast of the states - San Diego - San Fran - L.A - Italy - Montreal 

I love to draw

I love to paint 

I just love being crafty and creating art

Crafternoons are wonderful 

Let's have a crafternoon - anyone?
