A SOLO SELF-LOVE RETREAT DAY
A solo Retreat Day is the perfect excuse for a day away from work…escape to the country for some pampering and pictures. You get everything that is included in a boudoir or branding session…PLUS MORE!
This day runs a little longer than a usual day with me (usually 10am until 5pm) because you get some extra pampering and relaxation. Joanna arrives in the afternoon (after pictures) and treats you to 2 of 4 services. You get to choose from reiki, reflexology, head massage and tarot reading.
While you fall asleep in Joanna’s chair…I will be busy editing your images so you get to leave with them! How amazing is that?!
TAROT READING
Joanna reads the tarot as a guide for your self development and growth, empowering you to tune into your inner wisdom.
Tarot enables you to live from a place of alignment and clarity in decision making, connecting you with the power to manifest your goals and dreams.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a fully clothed and deeply relaxing foot treatment. It can reduce pain, relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep and digestion, and facilitate healing.
Joanna applies pressure to the reflex points of your feet while you drift away.
REIKI
Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
When Joanna lays her hands on you, the flow of reiki healing energy feels warm, relaxing, and fills you with feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.
HEAD MASSAGE
An Indian Head Massage is a fully clothed and deeply relaxing massage of the head, shoulders, upper back, arms, neck, scalp and face.
Joanna will use firm but gentle techniques to reduce tension, relieve physical and emotional stress, and create a sense of blissful calmness.

I love singing, especially in musical theatre and choir, in fact my post graduate degree is in theatre education!
I love to cook delicious vegan foods, especially anything spicy! Eating with friends is one of my absolute favourite things.
I love reading tarot for myself as an intuitive tool for bringing clarity and inspiration into my life.
I love my husband and our two adorable and fiesty dogs, Bella and Millie. We love to go on adventures together.
I am also from West Yorkshire in the UK but live and work in Parkland County, Alberta Canada. Believe it or not, Emma and I met in Canada, we like to think it was serendipity!
